Yellowstone County Mental Health Alliance
For mental health and wellness professionals in Yellowstone County who are ready to connect, collaborate, and grow. The Alliance exists to break isolation, strengthen referral networks, and build a supportive, thriving community for those doing the vital work of supporting others.
Through monthly meet-ups, continuing education opportunities, resource sharing, and cross-professional collaboration, we make it easier for providers to do their work and take care of each other in the process.

New Group Happening this Fall
Embodied Living
This fall, we’re launching a 5-week experiential group designed specifically for helping professionals—counselors, educators, nurses, social workers, caregivers, and others who spend their days supporting others.
Inspired by Hilary McBride’s Practices for Embodied Living, this group offers a restorative space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore practices that reduce stress, prevent burnout, and renew your sense of presence. Each session includes guided embodied practices, reflection, and group discussion, giving you tools you can carry into both your personal life and your professional role.
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin or disconnected, this group is an opportunity to ground yourself, rediscover joy, and build resilience in community with others who understand the weight of helping work.
